The chatbot walks students through each step of the process: starting with a clear, descriptive topic sentence, adding three detailed supporting sentences, and finishing with a wrap-up sentence that restates the main idea. As the student types, the chatbot prompts them with simple, scaffolded questions like “Who? Did what? When?” to help them generate ideas independently.

High Frequency Word Practice

This video highlights a student working inside our “High Frequency Words Practice Room,” an interactive AI space built to strengthen essential reading and writing skills. Students begin by entering five words they want to practice, and the chatbot guides them through a full routine designed for mastery: spelling each word, using the words in sentences, completing simple fill-in-the-blank challenges, and finishing with a fun word-scramble game.

Fun Facts with Steve Irwin

This video features a student exploring our “Steve Irwin Chat Room,” an interactive AI space where learning about animals becomes an adventure. Designed in the voice of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, this room lets students ask questions about wildlife, habitats, and his famous adventures. The chatbot responds with one fun fact at a time—just like a real conversation—making each interaction exciting, bite-sized, and easy to follow.

Book Review Get to Know You

This video shows a student using our “Raven Book Review Room,” a guided Magic School AI chat space that helps students create a simple, thoughtful book review. After reading the story Raven, students enter the room to walk through the review process step-by-step. The chatbot invites them to greet their audience, name the book, describe the characters and setting, share their favorite character, explain the message of the story, and decide whether they would recommend the book

This video features our “Favorite Things Chat Room,” a simple and welcoming Magic School AI space we used at the start of the year to teach students how to use AI responsibly and confidently. This custom chatbot guides students through a series of numbered “get to know you” questions—favorite color, animal, food, sport or game, so they can practice responding, speaking, and interacting with the chat safely for the very first time.
